Usually when they re-release a movie it tanks, but Aliens is one I would definitely go see at the movies. I just hope they never never re-release Aliens 3!

i actually liked alien 3 even though it was a disappointing sequal, but speaking of alien 3 fox is releasing another box set of the films on dvd this december with alien:the directors cut, aliens:special edition, a directors cut of alien 3(which is like 45 to 60 minutes longer then the theatrical release) and a directors cut of alien resurrection. the first to are classics, alien 3 is in my eyes a great movie, alien resurrection was just alright.

I think they are also releasing it in IMAX theaters :jd: . Can you imagine watching Alien on a 3 story high screen?!! That would just amplify the scary factor by, ... well a lot.

I don't believe this. I check the movie listings. Alien is NOT playing anywhere near me. I would have to go to Conn. to see it. The movie theater in the mall in Kingston is like a 12 screen Regal. HOW CAN THEY NOT SHOW THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!:af: :blast: :spank: :stmad:
