I would say that is very low quality work.

I would expect that whomever did that was working in their backyard and didn't charge you. if they did, they ought to be ashamed of themselves and it should be redone at no charge. Although I don't think I would want them working on my car again, more like they should refund your money!

Was it a restoration shop that did the work?

Did you re-spray parts of The Maroon Goon in that dusty garage after I sold it to you ?!?!?!?

I'm looking for someone to lay down color on my 69. My biggest fear is your pictures. Who did it and did they offer to make it right or at least give you your money back?

The pictures are great. Right down to the gunk under your thumbnail. LOL! Very good quality pictures from this end. Are you trying to show some poor workmanship? I see a blemish here or there but my novice eye is not seeing anything obvious.

Bad quality, only 72 dpi at 1024 x 768 pixels, that must be one of those Olympus FE230/X790 cameras....

Looks like if you use a sledgehammer that side marker lens might fit ... Go out on a limb and say shop dosen't even test fit ?

I think George must be using the wrong lenses, I am sure that the body shop wouldn't make the holes too small...

So George, what shop did you allow to do this to your car?
Something has struck a nerve with you, for you to post up these shots of your car :Do No:

I saw a recent post that got my blood to boil... Plus, looking at the car and being reminded of what I paid vs what was promised vs what was delivered vs what I NEED to pay to have this CORRECTED.

I can give you a few answers... I was DISGUSTED with the workmanship- which is why I did NOT return the car to have the marker light holes cut to the correct size OR have the holes drilled for the 'GS' emblems.. Which were present in the old quarters AND present on the last 69 GS 'they' did or ANY 69 GS, Special, Skylark, Sport Wagon.. :Do No: And THAT was ALL THAT WAS OFFERED.

Please don't get me wrong... The checks were cashed, the car is kinda 'done', that's where I stand. That's why I didn't post this a year ago when the car was 'finished'.

As I have done for the past YEAR, if you are considering having a 'restoration shop' located in New England do ANY work to ANY of your cars, come down and look at my car. Go over it and make your own decision. I also have all of the receipts to show what I paid as well as the emails on what was promised. That way, just facts are supplied.

Also, change title of your post. Some People think you're talking about a camera not your F'ed up car. Sorry this happened to you.

If someone needs to be called out for being a HACK, then call them out........but don't make a post with no info to make a bunch of people sit and scratch their heads wondering what went on with this car??????????????

What is the point of this post?

Paintworks Unlimited is the only Buick shop I am aware of in Dover, and I see feedback was recently posted about them, so that matches up with what George saying. I think he did have Sean work on his car a year+ ago.
