On the original envelope that the owners manual to my old Skylark is in are the numbers 546 and right below are the year and the model number. Is 546 a partial dealer # ? It would be central OH if it is, I've always wondered where it came from o No:

No, thats all thats there. I thought maybe it was VIN related, but I checked that and its not. Its hand written on the back of the manual also.
Ummm The zone is 7-388 on my p-o-p (Toledo, OH). And Andy, I don't think Buick wrote anything on the outside (or at least that I recall). So I would expect someone wrote that long after the car was sold. o No:
