Both of the front tips of the inner fenders of my 67 Lesabre are rusted out, basically underneath where the battery is and in the same spot on the other side. Since I am in the process of doing some body work, I thought it´s a good idea to tackle this, too. Any idea where to find NOS or good repros? Do parts from other cars fit, like Electra, Impala, Bonneville, maybe?
Best to try to fix what you have or if you get lucky find some good used ones. There are no NOS or reproduction bits for 67 LeSabre. I have to buy whole cars for parts!
Donor parts may also be limited by LeSabre being about three inches shorter forward of the firewall than Wildcat/Electra, sorry to say. In the last twenty+ years I have only seen one NOS set for Wildcat/Electra hit ebay, and they sold in the four digits if I remember right. Devon
There's a '67 Delta 88 in the East El Paso UPAP. Would suspect it's different in terms of front inner wheel houses.
