I live in the West coast, Salem is out of the question.
Why is it that most dont like to ship things? (fragil?)
Is that grill that fragil that it can easily break?

    thanks
    :ball:

These grills are VERY fragile!! I can imagine the scenerio, Grill arrives to you all smashed up from the way they mishandle the freight on its trip across the US.
Next thing you know I'm being accused of misrepresenting the part and you post pictures of the damaged grill you received.
Oh, but you say you'll pay extra for insurance??? Fine, but I am the one who has to file a claim and go all thru the paperwork and red ink, it's just not worth the hassle thats why I would rather sell it to somebody right there in front of me with no regrets and everybody is satisfied and happy :Smarty: :TU:
I wish there was another way, Do you know anyone you trust that will be in Salem?? If you can think of another way I'm all ears. I really would like to help anyone out who needs this, shipping it is just not gonna work, sorry :Do No:

Thanks for the assist Mike , but I only have a GS grille right now . I have sent several grilles thru USPS and have only had to file one claim . I recieved the grille and filed the claim. It took me about three weekls to get paid . The shipper just had to sign the paperwork I filled out and provide the original paid recipt for the insurance . The grille I recieved was very poorly packaged and not marked as to its fragility !! The USPS paid anyway .

Ryans-GSX Have fun, life is short.

    shipping

I go to the UPS store and tell them I want it to get there like they see it now It cost more to ship from the "UPS STORE" but no pain in the tail insurence stuff if they break it. I have never had them break one and I have shipped quit a few even a very nice 71 GS grill before they repo'd them and you remember how much they where worth!!

    Hey Kenny,

So how about it? You want to ship it and i'll take full responsability for it?
    We can insure it
All i would ask from you is to pack it "real" good and verify w/ USPS that it can arrive in one piece. What do you say?

    Let me know

    thanks
