I need to remove the seat to install new upholstery. Unfortunately the power adjuster doesn't move the seat forward. I guess it's stuck or the skirts are rusted. The motor works and the seat moves up and down. I unscrewed the 2 bolts in the front, but the 2 in the back are only reveled when the seat is all the way forward. Any idea how to remove it? '65 skylark
I ended up operating the switch and pushing the seat with force. It moved and was able to remove it. It was probably stuck and needs grease.
