Got a 67 340 flex plate that has 160 teeth and a flywheel that has a light blue/green paint on it with 160 teeth also. The flywheel is about 13.5 in. total and bolt patern is same as 340 and has a 11 5/8 in. surface,But there is a 1/4 in. lip on it all around the outside surface where the disc would set down inside. Can anyone tell me what the flywheel might be for? :Do No: I am in need of a 350 flwheel for my 72 gs. thanx guys

I don't believe they are the same, different balance. But check a Hollender manual or ask Mike @ TA. You can also cross ref the application against the TA manual.

'73 Jeep had a Buford in it & available w/manual trans! Otherwise your looking for 68-74 Apollo and 68-72 Skylark/Special body styles.

TA Performance lists it as TA 2036, only one application 68-81 Buick 350. The other flywheel is TA 2035 and listed for a 215. The price I found was $275, but that could be old. I put one on my 455 Stage 1 and have been very happy with the product.

I'm using a 350 flywheel behind my 300 with good results.
I've compared pictures of the two, and the weight pockets are in the same place. The 300 flywheels do have holes drilled around the outer circumference, possibly to fine tune the balance....or for mud wasps to crawl in and mess up the balance!
