What solvent would you recommend to clean the top fluid off of the bottom of the floor pan? Thankfully the leak I had, found a non-factory drain hole and either pooled in a hole in my concrete, or made one! There may be one crack in the pan "agitated" by this leak, but I think It didnt do much damage.

The leak is at a cylinder (Next to isolate the leak, either a loose connection or bad cylinder...) I have spares... however they've been sitting for some time and I fear them worse than the ones in the car. Plus they have a non factory AN fittings at the upper location...

If it comes to it, looks like lift cylinders are available new, but at a much higher price than I'd expect. Any recommendations on most economical sources for a replacement?

    Thanks

Your top seal on the lift cylinder is bad. It need to be replaced. Snap ring holds it in place. Very easy fix. You can get seals at any hydraulic shop in your area or visit ww.hydroe.com

If you lines are bad, get a new line kit from www.opgi.com or www.nationalpartsdepot.com or www.thepartsplaceinc.com

To clean the mess, use mineral spirits or Castrol Super Clean and some rags.
There is a factory drain hole about 1" diameter that is supposed to have a plug in it. Plug looks like a small metal hat.

Use Dexron trans fluid to refill your top motor.
