I have a 350 here in my shop that runs great! I pulled it out of a rusty 72 Lark with 297,000 documented miles. I dropped it in my 76 after doing gaskets, timing set, cam, lifters and porting the heads. As far as I know this one takes the cake for the Buick 350: This is Eddie Burd of Hummels Wharf, Pennsylvania's 1976 Buick Century 4 door Sedan. Eddie tells us " I am the second owner of this car which was given to me by my father in 1984. It has over 360,000 miles and has always been reliable. The engine is a 350 Buick and went more than 340,000 miles without any work done to it at all. Last year I installed a new timing chain." Anyone else got some high milage SBBs?
