This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Last weekend I was lucky enough to be at the Hershey AACA car show in PA. This is a must for anyone who loves cars. I was in heaven! They have changed the site quite a bit since I was there a couple years ago. More stuff is on paved surface, which is nice cause it was rainy. But the site is really spread out now, you have to take a shuttle to get from the car corral to the show site . Anyway, there were a few nice Buicks for sale, several Rivs and Skylarks, one GSX clone, a sweet 66 GS400 with 57K org miles, a restored 65 GS convt (with all options!) that did sell, a 69 Riv with 18K org miles!!!!! ($12,500). It was impressive to see people walk around and buy up cars with no thought to the price. I attended the auction Friday night - watched a guy 2 seats down drop $312,000 for a Duesenberg!
    :jd:
The show was amazing: 1600 of the nicest cars you'd ever want to see from 1903 to the 70's. Again, many nice Buicks, mostly Rivs. And stuff you only see in books, unless you are real lucky - like a real Thunderbolt or a Stanely Steamer. All the cars must drive onto the field, so there was a lot of great sounds coming from the muscle cars!
Everyone should see this show at least once in their life!

Hey Bill gotta agree with you there were some super nice Buicks from all generations there. Almost too much to wish for to stand in one place and actually see 2 or 3 Buicks in that row.
Do you know how much the 65 Gran Sport went for from the car corral? I was looking at it pretty hard and was not sure if some of the items belonged on it or not, steering wheel was Riv style and pass side mirror was not an option that I've found out about. All the owner would say is "It's an AACA first place car, they should know whats right"
20K seemed darn high to me.
Was by far the rudest Buick person I talked to all day.
