I got my Hot Rod mag yesterday and saw that the long awaited race between JR's Stage 1 ( beautiful car) and that Hemi roadrunner . They threw in that 10 sec FAST Vette for good measure . The buick held its own but was bested by the Hemi . That roadrunner ran low 10's and they complained about alumnium heads on the Buick . I wonder does anyone know what all was done to that Roadrunner as I know they do not run this good . I am guessing that the difference was the slicks and some trickery on the Mopar side . Jims Stage still looked much better and it did get into the tens at 10.98 John
