im ready to assemble 2 motors and need help calculating compression
first engine has o deck height 22 cc dish weiseco .040 bore 430 milled .030 head now 60 cc and .027 cometic head gasket
second eng is same specs except flat top diamond .030 bore with 8cc 2 v reliefs and .020 deck height
your help is greatly appreciated,i need to decide what head and gasket id like to use to tweak up or down while still trying to stay around .050 quench
the .027 cometic are meant for the diamond flat tops w/.020 deck height
realisticly i know i should run .040 head gaskets with the 0 deck height first motor stated
i have another set of 430 heads un cut should be stock 68 cc a set of .067 cometic gaskets and a set of detroit orange .040/.038? from ta
so i just need to mix and match to get as close as poss.where i need to be with both motors so i can choose the exact cam for that compression
one i will install and race and the other will be assembled and bagged as a back up in shortblock form
    thx

With iron heads, those flat tops are going to push you beyond pump gas...even with the 68cc units. If you send me your email I'll send the calc's to ya.

I'd go with the dished pistons with those heads.
