I think the last six numbers are just basically a serial number. It will be different for each car so it can be identified. Your car is #276755 of XXXXXX. You may be able to send your vin out to one of the Buick historians (Sloan Museum or Wayne Roberts are the two I think?) to get the original option breakdown on your car.
You can also post a picture of your cowl tag, and it will provide some basic info towards how your car came factory.
