Help with this VIN

    Can anyone tell me what the 6 last digit means of this number.

    You dont say what year but here is what I get

    4 = Buick
    46 = Skylark Gran Sport (1964-66)
    46 = GS400 (1967-69)
    46 = GS455 (1970)

    67 = 2 Door Convertible
    H = Flint, MI

    276755 - Last 6 Digits - Production Number

    Its a 70. Will the prod.nr say something about the car?

    I think the last six numbers are just basically a serial number. It will be different for each car so it can be identified. Your car is #276755 of XXXXXX.

    You may be able to send your vin out to one of the Buick historians (Sloan Museum or Wayne Roberts are the two I think?) to get the original option breakdown on your car.

    You can also post a picture of your cowl tag, and it will provide some basic info towards how your car came factory.

    Yes, and Wayne Roberts is the one you need to contact. I think any number over 193552 is Wayne. My last 6 digits are 233973 and I had to contact Wayne.

    FL1 = made in the Flint, MI plant

    04A = made in the first week of April, 1970

    B = Convert top color = Black

    ST70 = Style 1970 = 1970 model
