Just wanted to introduce myself and ask a question, what are the name of the places that provide quater panel replacements and which ones are the best? Almost forgot its for a 1972 Skylark.
There are a couple out there that I know of, I believe that the ones from Rolling Steel or Tabco (I think I got that name right) are the better ones. The difference is the roll for the wheel well trim and the inset for the marker light. Here is a review done by one of the frequent posters on the board, TimR. He's doing a full resto on a '72 convert, and has an awesome review of the 1/4s. Quarterpanel review . Also, I strongly recommend joining the BPG (buick performance group) . Included in your membership are bi-monthly newsletters, window stickers, and you help get parts reproduced that wouldn't be done otherwise. Very much worth the $35 it costs a year. If you have seen the threads on the Grills and tail light lenses you know what I am talking about. Thanks for joining the board and make yourself feel at home.
