Heater core box help

    Luckily I spent the coin on the AMES firewall pad. Looking at the non-formed one I originally got and there would have been no way with that jalopy. Especially since I didn’t want to remove the steering column.

    I’m 6’4” & 240, got the SOB in there with the bench seat. Took a couple hours and lots of ibuprofen but it’s done and not coming out lol.

    I'm assuming you didn't break any of the different colored plastic tabs that secure the heater cable to the box?

    No the only thing that broke was the original push nut. Got a replacement tho and the cable works as it should.

    Dang it. Installed the recored heater core and .... yup You guessed. it leaks. Guess it’s coming back out and back to the rad shop.
