Head gasket 322 fitted wrong

Hi all,is it possible to fit the head gaskets the wrong way?,ive noticed when painting engine after assembly that the left side head gasket (front on)has part of the head gasket protruding like a tab. on the right side head its at the back of the head on the right side,will this be a problem?if I have to dismantle the heads could I use the head gaskets again? The engine hasnt been running and getting parts in nz pretty much impossible

 

Short version: no. If the pins are still in the deck, it will only fit on one way.

 

... and 264 and 322 use the same head gasket.
