I have to rant here sorry. Why do people put all the effort into restoring a car with factory overspray underneath and T-3 headlights, yet put GLOSS stripes and GLOSS black on the hood? I know it's easier to keep clean but it's not correct. O.K., rant off and fire away....
I agree. If you have the real McCoy and want it to look genuine, satin black is the way to go. Probably some engineers idea of a safety no glare feature. On the other hand the gloss looks much better IMHO
hood I am not sure if you are talking about this GSX having gloss stripes but if you are let me tell you they are not glossy they are satin it may be my pics are making it look a little glossy but I just want to make sure everyone here knows they are not gloosy and I personaly like it when people rant as this is the way most of us learn what is correct and that is one very big reason I like this board
Did all of the console cars have the gear indicator on the speedo? Seems strangely out of place to me. Still very beautiful cars though. Now how do I come up w/ the $$$$$$ to put something like that together?
