GS nationals Screwing People once again

Let's try and keep this thread constructive and civil. I see tufbuick has made his obligatory appearance into a GSCA NATS thread just to act like he cares about the betterment of the club while stirring the pot the whole time. That's a pretty old bit around here.
We've identified some issues so let's see what comes out of this.
I saw Richard several times over the weekend so I'm sure he was available for someone to talk with him about issues that may have popped up.

 

Just trying to lighten the mood, no intention of stirring any pot. I'm on the sidelines on this one since I was at the N.E. event.

I was going to stir the pot but I'm sure anyone reading along can see the problem. At this point I'm not sure that if the conflict with the Cecil event was fixed that I would haul out 14 hours to bring a car. May come back just to visit and cook out.

 

Just at all the other cars as they rolled by me into the lanes to make the call. I did see the entire S 16 thing but knew nothing of what was transpiring.

 

Well did you win or were you ru? That's what I need to know.

 

I personally found tufbuick's comment to be hilarious and quite the tension breaker.

 

He keeps it civil now that hes within easy driving distance.

 

You talk about Mooney stirring the pot, Jim you are as guilty as him.

So basically again this year, there is another thread about how something happens at the nationals, Every year it is the same thing, so glad we drive to the Cecil event instead of Bowling Green. We do miss seeing alot of friends that go there, but it just isnt worth it when this continues to happen year in and year out. Maybe someday they will get someone that cares about the important things and not just the money coming in.

 

Turbo guy here SORRY but I restored a 65 so I count .This was not the only incident of the day,I had a small Issue in TPB and TSM had no RRA and they were ran out of turn , but I do sincerely think Richard wants the event to be better . I think Anthony Rose has the right Idea, I know behind the scenes he works hard .I worked to get a new class off the ground that wasnt even on the Schedule. It was tough but I HAD A LOT OF FUN .Every year I go since 97 the good out weighs the bad .Hope that it all can get resolved and maybe Wayne can run that final next year as a separate grudge race or something Comp his entry/hotel something ? I would just love to see it /Man I am sorry we didnt get a 16 final it just sucks Wayne I sorry to hear what happened and hope to see you back

I won this year. While waiting in the lanes with my opponent I offered to split the pot with him. I got the 2016 dated winners trophy and we evened up the winnings and then split it down the middle. Nearly paid for my trip -2 blown trailer tires on the way home.
