The windows and power seats on my 1967 riviera move so slowly. should i clean the railings and re-grease them? does anyone know the best way to clean them and what product to use to re-grease the railings?

For the power seats, best way is to remove them from the car. Use Castrol Super Clean/Purple Power (Sodium Hydroxide/Lye) in a 5 gallon bucket and was them thoroughly. Next, use lithium grease to apply to tracks and gears. For the power windows, you will need to do a complete disassembly. You want to remove the motors so you can access the drive and driven gears. Most likely your motors have never been touched and will need to remove the dried out grease and then pack with fresh grease. For the rollers, use lithium spray grease. On the roller tracks, use a grease gun with needle tip. I have an article on our site that shows the dry grease under the Power Window installation article. Expect to spend all day to do the job properly.
