Yes, God is good! The weather the last two weekends has been almost perfect. Last Sunday it rained but I had friday off for veterans day.
We'll probably get flamed and the thread locked for what we believe in,but,yes! God is great!Jesus,our saviour is ,too!
Yeah ,, He is Here in the Ozarks it was wet all last week , now just gettin' below freezing . It's been beautiful ! We had our Thanksgiving this weekend , great family , new neighbors over , good games on the tube , kidz playing war with those "Soft Pellet" guns down in the trees . I don't see any reason why a thread proclaiming how good God is would get flamed. The one talking about how good the music of Ozzie and Black Sabbath is has gone without remark. Nice thing about our country. Freedom is a wonderful thing. Remember that God didn't have to allow us to have it. He could speak the word and we would have no choice but to serve him. Instead He is the God who allows us that choice. As for me and my house...
I can fully agree. My life may seem in the pits,and I have problems in every direction that I look,but God is good and there is nothing that could ever change my belief. For those that may want to flame or disagree,live my life and see what God has done for me,then try to disagree.Jesus is my savior and my friend,and there is no one or nothing that can compare. He has delivered me from things that would make you curl up in a ball and give up on life.He has given me the greatest gifts in life and given me just a taste of what His love is all about.There is no one or nothing that can compare.I will praise Him all of my days. You could take all that I have and I would die for Him in a moment,for He has died for me and given me a reason for me to live. Thank you Jesus for your death and thank you God for your sacrifice

I see nothing wrong on that thread. Maybe the song titles are a bit strong, but thats the choice we have to listen to them or not to. I probably wouldn't have named them that but thats me. At least the name calling has't begun over on that thread.So, thats a good sign :laugh: I totally agree with this thread. I am healthy,my family is healthy,we are happy and are fortunate. Big Nasty, Please don't misunderstand. If you read my post I never said there was anything wrong with the Black Sabbath thread. Just a comparison of the wide variance of topics that we have which are enjoyed by an equally wide variance of members. The fact that we have that without confrontation was my point. BTW I saw B.S. in my youth at Cobo Arena with Oz. A great show. Just because I don't actively listen to them now doesn't reflect on the fact that they are icons in their particular genre of music.
