Perfect used Glasstek bolt-on fiberglass GS hood for 70-72. Comes with lightweight springs and hood pins. It also works with the factory latch. Price is $600.00. Located in Erie,PA

 

What's shipping on something like this? $200? $400? (maybe you're not even willing to crate/ship to 84010?)

 

I will ship anything and yes,I can crate it. I wouldn’t charge to build the crate,only for materials and the freight. I won’t be able to use Fastenal right now because they are currently NOT shipping East to west or west to east. I would need to use a traditional freight company like ABF Freight.

I got $776.53 on shipping to 84010. I assumed ground delivery service on both ends? For whatever reason those are doubled? $195 x 2 in Erie, PA and $195 x 2 in Bountiful, UT

 

If it is shipped terminal to terminal,I will be a lot less.

I need to make a material list,if I am going to crate it for shipping. I held onto my crate from my raised GS hood as long as a could,but it’s gone. When entering dimensions,you also want to enter it with the hood/crate on its side. The shippers look at how much floor space it takes up. Skinny and tall is the way. I have to do the same thing when I ship car frames.

 

Any idea on how much it weighs

The cost of the freight would be $325.00 to ship it to the Salt Lake City terminal. Not sure how close or far that is to you. Then I would need to add the cost of materials to build the crate.
