I scored a used set of 2000hp SBC aluminum rods that are exact dimensions of a SBB rod. I'll see if I can get a set of light weight low compression pistons for a turbo build. I should have pix of a FI intake in a few days.

Currently the front end is off of the car from when we removed the engine and I was replacing/painting stuff. We also just installed a 12 bolt with 3.42 gears on the car over the weekend with our No Hop Bars and a HRpartsNstuff's full rear end suspension (adjustable upper control arms, boxed lowers, big sway bar *yet to be put on*). Leme say their setup is sick, all the bushings are fully greasable!

I'll go find the latest flow sheet but that would be before we worked on the heads, I'll flow them tonight to see what they're at. And yes I would like to dyno the engine.

The car looks GREAT! Thanks, would be interesting to see the difference between your heads since the last time!

I ran the program real quick and it said 430 hp at 6000prm and 420 ftlbs of trq at 4500 rpm but I think a few of the settings had been messed with and that's with older flow numbers. Thats with the stock exhaust ports too they haven't had anything done to them yet.

Sean, here is a few pics I snapped up of a road racing Rover engine at the Bathurst Museum....A dry sump system and a couple of webbers on a home made intake manifold. Check out the headers.

If you are interested I have posted some pics of my FI converted TA intake manifold under the original post.

Sean, how much longer will you be accepting entries for the book? The reason I'd like to know is because I am waiting until the weather here gets a little better to take the car out, change the wheels and tires, and take some pictures. Thanks for all you've done for the Buick community!
