Stock 4 speed getting a little bit of a gear grind when going into reverse. I've read a little on here and some say it's normal others say it's not. I think it may be a clutch adjustment issue but not sure cause it seems if I press really hard on the clutch pedal I can remedy it. What's the best way to troubleshoot this? How do I adjust the clutch?

Does it only grind going into reverse from neutral?
If that's what it's doing you have to go to 1st gear then reverse
    Hope that's all it is

Is the clutch engaging more towards the floor than the top of the pedal? There is a threaded adjustment rod going from the Z bar to the clutch fork. There is a trunion on the Z bar end. You need to remove the clip or cotter pin and make the rod longer by turn. Then give it a try.

    No syncronizers in reverse, normal.

It probably needs adjustment. The clutch engages near the floor.

1st then reverse works like a charm. also doesn't grind if you wait about 10 seconds in neutral before going into reverse, but will grind if you don't wait a bit before going into reverse from neutral.
