Yes the manual ones are a bit of a pain but more acurate thats what i installed .Th only thing i noticed on the down side is you have to watch your head getting in and out OUCH , But i Love the look (restomod) and they are right in your face and with a hood tach you only have to look down to crank the stereo up. I did use a flat type washer head screw they do look much nicer .. something lik a small wheel weel trim screw the ones i used weree black and blended right in , Dave
