Hi Gary.....Hope all is well! I just found out today via a postcard that the club was going to make a night of it. I would imagine there will be a number of turbo cars and I may bring mine to do some tuning if I'm in town. However, Jim Sickler will probably bring his 12 second '85(?) 225 and Mark Myers may bring his 12 second 65 Skylark. If I get more details I will post them. Can you send me pictures of the silver beast? I'd like to have them as I don't have any pictures of it when I had it and it was yellow!?!
Hi Martin.........I'll let you know! Saw your car at Forest Park and it looks great! I did not show a car due to family commitments. The STL BCA and GSCA need to unite on future events. I'll mention it at the next GSCA meeting on 5/15. By the way, going to the GS Nats? I plan on going Friday and Saturday (5/20 & 21). In recent years, there have been some political issues I am told. But, being it's the 25th anniversary of the club, I'm betting a lot of the previous V8 guys who set the standard for Buick performance will hopefully attend.

I was going to bring the same thing up with the BCA chapter about bringing the 2 clubs together for an event. ....since they are looking for ways to attract a younger crowd, that may be a good start. We have a prospective (possibly signed up) member who has a 65 Skylark with a 455 plant....runs 12's. So, I'll see what we can do to drum up some interest!
