In this Sunday paper (Springfield, MA, Sunday Republican), there is an auction listed with a 1970 GSX Stage 1 listed as part of the auction. This is apparently a going out of business, owner retiring auction. I have no details on the car and have no association with this company, just thought I would pass on the info. CRG Auction Capital Recovery Group, LLC Auction will be held at: 1058 Walcott Street Waterbury, CT 06705 March 22, 2008 @ 11:00 am Inspection is March 20, 21, Thursday & Friday...no times given Complete listing at: www.crgauction.com Phone number: (800) 300-6852 Other cars listed in the ad: 1969 Baldwin Motion Corvette, 1970 Chevelle LS6 convertible, 1968 Camaro Z-28 DZ302 and the GSX. Those cars all need some work. It sure would be fun to have that collections, especially if the Joel Rosen, Jerr McNeish authentications true. Both of those motion cars are worth a lot of money, even in the current conditions.
The GSX looks like the one from Texarkana flim-flam man....hmmmm........wonder if it is the same one??????
Like I said, I know nothing about the cars being offered. Didn't even go to the web site to check out the pictures. Like many things in life...buyer beware, make sure you know what you're buying. Gordon
