I swapped a 455 into my 81 Regal in '88. Now the gas tank shows signs of leaking and will need to be replaced or repaired. In another thread, there was some good information about replacement fuel tanks from Quanta. The Regal was originally equipped with the 5.7 diesel/TH200 ,,,,,,,, any problems in swapping to the GN tank? Advantages? fuel tanks
I would sell you my old, but good, fuel tank & pump. It was off my 84 t-type, but shipping it to SoCal might superseed the price advantage... You might find one with less rust over there as well.. Good luck
