Fuel Gauge Bulb

    My tip for replacing the fuel gauge bulb on a '69 Skylark. You'll need to remove the duct for the LH air vent where it runs under the column and have your hand up under the dash like a sock puppet!
    And you'll need long skinny fingers.I couldn't get the bulb holder back into position on the back of the gauge. Dropped it a few times.

    I ended up taping the holder into my index finger. Worked perfectly, I was able to get the holder in position and then rotate it into its final position.
