Mine are all rusted out I do have 2 lens, but the assembleys are rotted. I need both left & right. Any parts will HELP!!! THANKS Vic :3gears:
I know of a 65 in a yard but will not be there for at least 2 weeks. I dont know what he wants for them but I would guess 30.00
4 door skylark that I cut the left quater panel of to use as a patch panel on my 64. Big bird on the fender.
I have these from a GS 65. They are pitted but i beadblasted them they are not in oo bad of shape however they need sockets made for them. The len's are broke and the trim is decent all the hardware and the studs are intact on the back side. $25 shipped
What I would suggest is taking something from the HELP line at the Auto parts counter and make it fit. It will upgrade the sockets and make them new. Ive done it before and it works nice afterwards. No more old stuff in the electrical part.
sockets Vic go down to Carquest in Romeoville and ask for Richie he knows exactly which ones are needed , I never paid for the ones he put on his account for me. It was just about 3 weeks ago. But don't remind him I didn't pay.By the way they work great you just have to bend the tabs inward.
OK I'll stick my nose in here and ask Vic you know the one's from the Skylark GSare wider than the ones in the Skylark and Special.
Actually, the front bumper and signal lights are the same between the '65 skylark and the '65 Skylark GS. The Special and Special Deluxe have a different front bumper with the smaller signal lights in it.
