I need both left and right outer "A" pillar molding pieces. This is the piece that runs from the base on the windsheild to the top rain gutter, forming the rain channel. The drip rail chrome moldings are attached to these. It is attached to the "A" piller by three screws under the chrome channel which holds the weatherstriping. I beleive 69-72 should be the same. Anybody have a pair off a car they are parting? THANKS John
John, I have a complete set off a 69 Skylark but i don't remember taking any screws out.It's been a-while since i took them off but i only used a old can opener to remove them. Tom
The parts i need are not the chrome. It is the part of the body or "A" piller that the chrome clips onto. I myself never thought it was a seperate piece from the body until i had to look into replacing mine due to rust and found it to be removable. Thanks for the reply John
I should have what you need on a rust free shell I brought home from Elpaso, let me check when I get home tonight and see if they are good and not bent.
