This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

  2. Mike, I'll take it, but can you post or email a photo first?

Also, is the top still painted, or is it bare stainless steel now?

David, I have two of them. They both still have paint on them. I will try to post a pic. I am out of town until friday. I will post it them. Neither of them are perfect, but probably pretty hard to find.

  4. Thanks Mike. What color paint are they? My idea is to clean one up and paint it to match the current white my car is, and swap out the bare stainless steel scoop on it now. The fins/ridges on mine also have a fair amount of pitting, so yours likely aren't any worse.

  5. Here's what mine looks like now:

One of mine is black and one is green. Neither paint is passable as is. I would guess my pitting is as bad as yours.
Let me know what you would like to do. One other person PM me, if it does not suit your needs I will let him have it.

    Mike

  8. Mike, I guess I'll pass, you can let the other guy have it. I'll probably hold off until maybe one comes up without much pitting. Thanks!
