Found Out How To Eliminate Those Annoying Popups!!

    Anyone with WinXP or others that gets those real annoying and very frequent popups that have Windows Messenger on the top - below is a link to turn them off!!

    Just to add to what everyone is saying, when you go into the admininstrative tools -> services in the control panel, although you disable, some (including my) pc's still have the pop-up problem... what you have to do is:

    * find messenger in that list (as was said)
    * then right click on messenger & click "properties"
    * then select the "log On" tab
    * click the "Disable" button.....

    Thats the first thing I disable anymore.
