My motor mounts came from NAPA, pn# 6021149
My frame pads came from a '68 GS

    Poston

Got my frame and motor mounts from Poston but it took about a month to get them. I don't think they order them until someone orders them from them so if you need them ASAP, and I bet you do, TA might be a better choice. Additionally, did you receive the rule book yet?

I'll check with TA then ...

Have yet to see the book, but it might be there now?

Can't wait to get it though .. Too cool of you to send it. I'll owe you :beer .

you may want to consider motor plates. very easy for pulling motor and very strong in stopping motor flexing i put them in after i had probe with the rubbers int ha motor mount tearing even with tha chain attached to the haeds to stop flexing

Glad you got the rule book. You can't really build a fast car without one and be safe. Now get ER Done. Best wishes from Bowling Green, Ky

    Hi Guys,

Click on this link below to go to HR Parts N Stuff's website and click on the "Buick 455" for poly motor mounts! These are not yet available but their V-6 counterparts are VERY well proven in the Turbo Buick camp!

A direct quote from the website....

"These new mounts have proven to be indestructible on engines making 1400+ HP, and are stronger than even the solid type mounts. The Poly mounts are designed to benefit the every-day driver as well as the full time racer, at any performance level."

Paul Ferry (owner of HR Parts and avid fellow Buick guy) is a VERY busy guy with all of his tip-top-o-the-line performance parts and these are on his "to-do" list. By leaving feedback and dropping him an e-mail or two this will greatly increase the chances of moving these desperately needed poly mounts for our BBB's!:TU:

Please, everyone who has a BBB and is interested in a set (either now or in the future!), help out and visit the website and drop Paul a line to get these poly mounts to all of us!:TU:

    Thanks Everyone!:)

where does one acquire a '07 rule book? cost?

    NHRA Rule Book

I got mine by joining NHRA. You can probably get one at any NHRA track as well. You can at Beech Bend anyway and I think they cost $10.00 dollars or is it $5.00, I can't remember but I know its not over $10.00. I've already given away my 2007 one to (running) so I don't have another one except a 2006 one.

I've tried three times to visit website and leave my name (info) but it keeps saying this page is unavailable after I type in my info and try to submit info. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi "Monkeyy337" (sorry, but I have not caught your first name),

I've had no previous problems with the link or such but here is the home page addy, http://www.hrpartsandstuff.com , then just click on the lower left-hand link box "Contact Us". You can e-mail Paul directly from there. Plus with the home/main page you can see what else Paul has to offer!:TU:

Thanks for assisting in getting these higher on Paul's list of things-to-get-done! I hope everyone who is able will also assist us even if a purchase of them is not in their immediate but future plans. Go over to the turbobuick.com board and ask about their useage of them, I'm sure the responses will ALL be positive.:)

MERRY CHRISTMAS & Happy New Year too all of you!
