Flexible coating (pearl white) to change interior panels color

I found some you can buy at NPD, 3 step process, anyone else make or sell this? For 70 pearl interior

Interesting - from the thread: "i dont believe SEM makes anything thats correct there pearl has a silver tint. the buick pearl has a gold tint."
