Fender Skirts - Model Year?

Can anyone confirm that these fender skirts are for a 1970 Buick Riviera?
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I still do not like fender skirts

 

The 1970 Riviera was the only 1963-1999 model with fender skirts.
Most cars came with the "full bodied" skirts, the optional "High Profile" skirts (the one in your photo is for the passenger side) are sought after:

On 2040parts dot com there's a driver's side High Profile skirt (also used) for sale for $ 195

Thanks for the great info. I actually have both sides. I was thinking of listing them on ebay unless somebody has a better idea...
