You'll have to cap the line off the Catalytic converter. There are three (or four?) lines off the charcoal canister that will need attended to. One is a tank vent. Being that your in LA, you might wanna figure out something different than just venting into the atmosphere.

if yor putting in the 350 with the edelbrock carb you probably wont be avle to connect all tha suff only thing you should have to worry about is hooking up the pcv the vacuum for the vents in the car trans vacum and distributor vacuum. most of the rest you could probably delete. As far as the canister you could remove it but if you have strickd pollution laws you need to check about doing a swap as you may not ba able to enjoy the vehicle after all your work!

    alec296 i need another buick

if the carb is emmisions legal it will have a evap port on it for the canister
check with the directions or edelbrock tech line.
you might have to change canister to 2 port or remove the vacuum valve
    and run straight to carb
i have hooked them up before but i used the q-jet type carb
