there is a reason holley waited with the Sniper realease a while after the FiTech was out.... they made sure there product will work! i just installed the TerminatorX system as well as all Holley mounts on my swap and i do not look back. Holley is superior! Further you can find TUNERs for your Sniper in your areas to perfectly dial it in IF you cant do it yourself. the Datalog option will be your friend. BTW i have a Super Sniper kit for my SBB twin turbo that i am looking to install soon.. Holley FTW
Try EFI system pros. I’ve heard a lot of good things about them about price and tech support. They even have a lot of tech articles on their website, that’s how I first found them.
Got a Email from Holley about the Sniper 2 barrel. Asked them if it will work with a Odd-fire V-6 and they said "no it will not"
I figured. As far as I know there is nothing bolt-on that will work, but some people have been successful hacking efi systems by installing a crankshaft position sensor and running the computer off that instead of the distributor.
This guy, I know, that has installed many EFI's on Odd-fire. He talked to FiTech, they said they have redesign there system and the 2 barrel will work on a Odd-Fire.
I Emailed BJ'sOffroad and they say their Holley Sniper kit for the 225 Oddfire V6 works well and they have sold quite a few. Maybe software or Tach filter for HEI output?
I got a email from Holley Tech Dept. and they said there 2 barrel 2G will not work on a odd-fire, they said the ECU needs a even fire signal. If you install a crank sensor it will work.
