early 70's 455 parts - free - no shipping - south central upstate ny

like i said - ain't shipping .
located about 45 minutes northeast of binghamton , ny , about an hour + southwest of albany , ny . easy , couple minutes right off an exit on i-88 . i'll post up head numbers and block number asap .
(1) bare block with main caps
(2) cylinder heads with valves and springs
(1) exhaust manifold still attached to head
(1) flexplate and some straggler rocker arms and a rocker shaft
all parts - lookin' oem , rusty n dusty . stored inside . just tired of trippin' over the stuff and yankin' it around .

yeah i grabbed that motor for spare parts and stuff a long time ago when 455 was the game plan for my 65 . went 350 .
surface rust/dust . thought about redoing heads and selling but too many projects , have not touched those . everything is gonna need tank time and a good scrubbing at least .

 

just thinking - also have a nice oem cast 4bbl intake ($50) and decent lookin oem used cam ( few $$ bucks ? )
FYI - just had surgery so i'm not lifting anything .

ok , back up , power off for 16 hrs yesterday . heavy wet snow .
heads : both have part number #1238148 cast in them .
block : rear cast nubers are 455 and #1238861 ( last 3 numbers not super clear - best guess ) . and i checked top of block left side for 2 letter code , did not see anything .

 

i'll pop it on CList/FBook this weekend if no takers .
