I was wondering if anyone knew of a bolt on dual master cylinder for a 1961 Buick LeSabre. I have seen some posts for slightly newer Buicks on here, but I'm not sure if it is the same. For instance I was able to buy a '67 Ford MC and put it in my '64 without any issues. Does something similar exist for '61 Buicks? thanks.

Your '61 M/C is a goofy one. The power brake booster & M/C are kinda together. Better to get a booster & M/C set-up off another car than try to do something with the stocker.
