Droppin' a '69 Electra four door Anyone know of a good way to lower a four door Electra? Does anyone make parts to accomplish this feat? I plan on bagging the car at some point but would like to get it a little lower to the ground until then.
Fine choice of car to drop! How 'bout the good old fashioned method of cutting coils out of the front and replacing rear coils with shorter/softer ones?
How would that affect the ride? Right now she rides like a dream and I don't want to terribly compromise that. I do know that coilsprings.com will make custom springs to drop pretty much any car using calculations for the original vehicle and then any modifications made. Should I go that route?
