Driving with blown fuse

Sometime yesterday, my directional signal fuse blew and the blinkers stopped working. I've ordered some new fuses but my question is is it safe to drive with the blown fuse still in there or should I not drive the car until I change the fuse? I believe the fuse blew because I have the tcs solenoid removed but the plug is still there and it looks like it touched the manifold

If the fuse is blown, no electrical current runs through it anymore, so nothing will happen when the plug hits the manifold again.
But is it wise to drive without working indicators ?

No not really but just in case I have to drive the car for some reason I wanted to know if I would cause any damage. I could always use hand signals

I'm still a wee bit puzzled, because from your first post I understand that the TCS solenoid is using the same fuse as the indicators.....:puzzled:

That's what it says in the owner's manual, that fuse controls the tcs solenoid, the blinkers, the reverse lights, and the rear defogger.
