:O Thats incredible. So simple and so effective and HOLY BATMAN THE PRICE! Please keep me posted on the 4sp model. I need one.
I've seen the prototype in person and it is an extremely nice piece. Steve has put a lot of thought and attention to detail on this part. Steve if you need a 4 speed candidate let me know.:3gears:
I like it! Put me down for two, one for a TH400 equipped 72' Chevelle, and one for a 72' Chevelle with an M21 4 speed.
How about an Impala? I like the look and quality. plus it seems I am local for you .. Warren Mi. Car is in SCS.. Paul
Paul, I could probably make one for the full size. Would need to see it of course. send a PM and we'll set something up Thanks
The TH-350 and 4 speeds mount the cross member further forward about 6 inches but the tail shafts hang out past the back more. The TH-350 / 4 speed version loop will be about 5 inches longer to place the loop in the correct location in relation to the u-joint. Th-350 / 4 speed version is in process and should be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Chevelle will be right behind. Donny, I would love to check out the Corvette to see what I can do for them. Give me a call some time.
Olds fans. Still need a Cutlass to test fit a loop on. I have a crossmember and it fits fine. Just need to see that it clears the floor pan. Goatless, I need your address and I'll send you a loop to test fit to your LeMans. Thanks
Dean, If you are using a factory crossmember let me know how far back the centerline of the u joint cup is from the stock mount holes for the trans mount. Also need to know which set of frame holes you are using.
Well, I wish I could answer that question right now, but I'm about 3 months away from swapping in the big block. Just thought someone may have already asked that question. If noone has offered up those measurements by the time I'm ready, I'll provide them. :Brow:
