Distributor replacement (will this fit?)

I need to replace my points to electrical, will this do it?

Yes, it should just drop right in.

You will however have to replace the power wire to the distributor as the original is a resistor wire the drops the voltage and the HEI will want to see full voltage. Just run a new wire from the fuse block to the distributor and leave the original wire in place, taped off and secured of course.
