Anyone swapped in Vette brakes on any of their full sized cars? I have a 70 LeSabre that I'd like to put them on, or some other large rotor setup, but I don't really know what'll adapt. I'm pretty sure that the spindles for the a-bodies and the 70 and below full size cars are different (or so I determined from looking at pics of them in the chassis manual.) I know the swap is possible with the a-bodies, but I was just curious if anyone has done it for the big cars. If I were to just get an adapter plate, would Vette rotors work? Any help would be really appreciated.
Yeah, the bolt patterns are different, but I really don't care...I'd rather have good sized brakes and have to get different wheels, than have to have a custom setup made so I can fit the 5 x 5 pattern.
