Diesel Alternator with vacuum pump

    I doubt a pump that small would generate the cfm required to do anything more than a few inches of vacuum in the crankcase, though I see where you're going.

    New Land Rovers use a vacuum pump on cold engine warmup for additional brake vacuum. It would be easy to wire into the brake switch wiring. You would also need a check valve. I think the cost would be reasonable. John.
