Did a convertible come with a top boot?

Am working on a 67 Conv gs and was wondering about the boot for the top.

1. Did the factory send a boot with all convertibles?

2. If it was an option what was included (clips etc) other than the boot itself?

3. Was there a location for storage for the Boot in the car?


Any info appreciated.

 

The 67 GS came with a boot cover ,probably stored in a vinyl bag in the trunk.
