    I am looking at purchasing these for my 70 GS can you make these work into the 8s need some input.:stmad:

    The money would be better spent on ladder bars and a GOOD set of coil-overs......that stock style suspension is borderline for an 8 second car,the thing will twist and want to pull right constantly.

    I've gone 1.35 60's on both and wouldn't want to be w/o the ladder bars,the car is more consistent,predictable,and easy to drive.

    Definitely Ladder BARS!!!

    I would definitely recommend the ladder bar route.
    Its a lot more headache and work to get your car to go straight working around the factory configuration. If your serious about running 8's spend that money only once on your rear suspension set up. You don't have 1/4 mile runs to just through away on the Buick 455 trying to get it to 60 ft and go straight.
