Tried a Google search with the pn and 'clutch', and found this:
    http://www.oldbuickparts.com/nos/64parts.htm
.....now press the 'F3' button on the keyboard, and enter the part number.

    It's Group 0.852. Buick parts book shows 64-65 Special/Skylark with standard trans.:TU:

Hi Walt thanks for the input. The picture is what the item looks like and may be correct for a 65? The diagram is what I have seen for 64's . I am also looking for anyone who can supply me the orange highlighted items or tell me the part numbers.

    Thanks

Thanks Walt, I looked at the links to the Pontiac catalogs but didnt find the linkage parts I am looking for.
I followed the link you posted and saw the diagram you posted for the 66 linkage. It even had part numbers. Its different than the 64 linkage in that the Z-bar is one piece (Like the NOS one I posted the picture of) and the 64 is three piece. See the diagram I posted for a better explanation. I thinks its a 64 only thing. Do you know how I could get the part numbers for the orange highlighted items?

    Thanks Mark

    I show it as:
    Kit, Clutch Equalizer Replacement
    Gr. 0.852 #1394214
    '64-'65 All-Outer
This is from my GM Buick A-Body Master parts Book from '81.

Mark, For the 1964 part numbers, you would need to find an early Buick parts book.... maybe a vender like www.buickfarm.com , or www.oldbuickparts.com could help. I suspect the reason the '64 parts are not listed in the later catalogs is because the 64 design was replaced by the 65 design.

For the small parts, you might find a bronze bushing at a hardware store. For the seal, later cars just used a felt washer.

It will be difficult to find the other half of the 64 linkage....look for junkyard cars with a 3 speed manual on the column, 64-67, and get the whole z-bar....I bet it will fit your '64. You'll need the pivot on the block, too. Those are avail repo.
    Good Luck!
