It says: 1970 Gran Sport 350 built at the Fremont,Ca. assembly plant with a Green vinyl notch back interior and Sea Mist Green upper and lower exterior body color. Also indicates Roof Drip Moldings and assembled the 3rd week of March 1970. Vin states its a Buick Gran Sport 350 platform built in 1970 at Fremont. :TU:

Jim, I'm not sure I'm of much help. The car I looked at has a charcoal can in the engine compartment. I'm assuming it's there because of its California manufacture. Maybe someone else can chime in about the presence of the charcoal can in a '70 GS 350. I didn't notice anything like capped lines in front of the rear end.
