No rats are being roasted in this weather. <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/gsjoe/Buicks/DavesWE-42.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a> <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/gsjoe/Buicks/DavesWE-4.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>
I'm kind of glad I don't have to look outside and see it in the weather. Dang those rims look good on it.....
"... burrowing itself away from it's natural habitat of long stretches of Interstate and main drags, the WE-4 begins its hibernation process for the winter after a long season of preying on rats and mice. Occassionally, the WE-4 will also hunt small ponies and an herbivore species known as "rice burners"..."
New pic!!! <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/gsjoe/DavesWE-43.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>
you got a lot more snow than we did on long island, we got only maybe 3 inches, but now we are just covered in ice, the car looks nice with those rims, im actualy new to buicks and i just got a 83 regal, i was just wondering what size are those because i wanna pick up a set of prostars but i have no clue what backspacing i should use.
On Sat night we were getting hammered with the snow. It took me 2 hours to drive home from work. 45 miles on Interstate 80. We might of had 6 inches or more. Then over the night it warmed up. It was on and off rain/snow all day Sunday. Turned all that nice snow into ice. Then it turned colder. We got maybe 6 inches on top of the ice. In the warming Dave's car kinda cleaned off a bit. So that's mostly all snow you're looking at.
yea same here. not to steal the thread but i may be chekcing out a 83 white regal with a 430 in it, only bad thing right off the bat is that it has a blown th350 but for 1k the price isnt bad
Sweeeeet! I was thinking about starting a "BUICKS IN THE SNOW" thread. Ah it won't be long now. Sometimes the change of seasons gives you some much needed down time for projects. Love the picture!
Mike, Does this thing have also have "Buick" emblazoned across the back quarter panel? I think I may have seen a pic of this car online somewhere. Good luck with it! :TU:
I've seen that car sitting on Babcock Blvd. Not bad.... the dude wanted 3 grand when I called back in september. Thats way too much for that car.
WhiTe iS NICE! Hopefully its a non-Landau.......Get a B&M TH350, that will solve your problemo, amigo!
yea its in north hiills , its white with a vinyle roof, can you just rip that off to make it into a hard top? i seen it on craigslist forever for 3k and 2500 finaly went down to 1k he has a th350 thats blown in it,..not sure if he changed the rear to an 8.5 or if hes still rockin the 7.5 but i'll check it out tm if i get it, it'll be for my pops, so all three of us will be driving buicks in all different sizes haha
Here's another Buick in the snow. This pic was taken back in April about a week after I got it out of the barn, and it's before I got my Camera so it was taken with my cell phone (sorry for the quality). <a href="http://s20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/gsjoe/Buicks/?action=view¤t=ColddayfortheSkylark.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/gsjoe/Buicks/ColddayfortheSkylark.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Hey Dave, Just found out that we're supposed to get 8 inches tonight (already have about 6). So I may update you on your WE-4.
8 damn, i think were only suppose to get 2 or 3 inches i wish i had my truck back..i'd have so much fun up in clarion right now haha guess i can update on the snowying buicks too haha
I just got back from following my cousin's troublesome 88 F-250 to his work. 4X4 the whole way. The state is barely keeping up with the snow on RT 66. They may all be down on I 80 for all I know though. Actually, I'm sure that's were they are. The only state truck I saw out on 66 tonight was a single wheel. I'm sure all the tandems with the wing plows are clearing the big road. My township was by about 3 hours ago and it's put down 6 inches since then. Should be a fun morning...I hope I don't have to work.
